Delivery Information
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped on the day following order by TNT , Courier Van or Business Post. All Deliveries must be signed for so please give delivery addresses which have somebody to sign for your frames 9am - 5pm.
In the check out process you will be asked to enter your absolute latest acceptable delivery date. If we cannot ship by this date, you will be notified.
How much is delivery?
FREE on orders over 99 pounds to UK mainland, otherwise 9.99 . (There is a small order surcharge of 3.50 on orders below 49.99 pounds on frames)
Delivery to NORTHERN IRELAND, IRELAND and UK Islands is 19.99 on all order.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery is 9am to 5pm on normal working days , most deliveries do arrive by 2.30pm but may arrive as late as 5pm.
Are the frames complete?
YES. All frames arrive ready to hang on the wall or in smaller sizes, to stand or hang (a strut back) - THERE IS NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED.
Do you supply individuals or just TRADE customers?
We supply all types of customers who require QUALTY frames at low cost.
What is the 'size' of a frame?
Wherever you buy a frame in the world, the 'size' is the size of the piece of glass which fits in it. So - if you can fit a piece of glass 70 x 100cm into a frame you can also fit a poster 70 x 100cm.
Where are your frames made?
Our frames are made to very high standards in Germany and UK. Some of our economy frames are made in Eastern Europe and a very small percentage of our clip frames are made in China.
Do you offer additional discounts?

Does plastic glass scratch?
Plastic glass does not break but it can scratch if not treated with care. Plastic Glass should be gently wiped with a damp cloth to clean. And excessive cleaning should be avoided. It can be replaced with glass, locally at a glazier if necessary.
Do you supply samples?
We do supply samples at favourable shipping rates to specific TRADEframes account holders such as Designers and Advertising agencies who require samples on a regular commercial basis. In most circumstance we recommend you make your purchase in the normal manner and you can always return the order for full refund if not satisfied.
Can we buy your frames from shops?
YES. You may recognize our frames as those you see in High Street Stores, usually the only difference is the frames may have a different brand name and be 50-100% more expensive.
I can't see the size frame I need can you help?
YES. Visit our Made-to-Measure section - the most efficient online framing system in the world, as designed and specified by the staff of theframer.co.uk and continually improved since e-commerce commenced in 2000.
Do you have my item in stock?
YES- 97% of the time. Our frames are shipped from the largest picture frame warehouse in London and supplemented by supplies from huge external warehouses in UK and Europe.
Does the frame have glass?
All products specify if glass or plastic glass is used.
What is plastic glass like?
Our Crystal Clear UV-Protecting Plastic glass arrives protected on both sides by plastic film once removed your poster or certificate is protected. Avoid vigorous cleaning, simply wipe with a light damp duster. If you prefer glass, choose from our glass frames or replace the plastic glass supplied at your local glazier. Remember that glass breaks and can be dangerous - consider your Health and Safety Issues and like most major Hotel Groups and Educational Institutions, choose Plastic Glass.
What is your returns policy?
Occasionally a client may order a frame that is the wrong size or something like that.
Our returns policy is simple. You get your order back to us by a courier company or recorded delivery and we will refund in full - ANY RETURNS MUST BE SIGNED FOR DELIVERY.
